Honestly, I'd never liked kraut on anything until at a church Beer Garden at the Mt. Angel (Oregon) Oktoberfest years ago, The Wife and I managed a Kraut & German Sausage stand for a friend of hers. A real eye (and mouth!) opener for me!
With lots of Pa. German in my background, I love sauerkraut. It can go with fresh grilled pork sausage, and mashed potatoes, too. Good photo. --Richard
