I was also denied access by my internet service provider just now using your link.. Different message, but same result. Entering usa.canon.com without the slash worked just fine.

Remove the / at the end of the URL. The site thinks you are trying to access a directory.

First attempt this morning, about 10 minutes ago - couldn't find the site, now it seems to be working.
Seems sporadic.

Thank you Basil, that worked. I am still puzzled that this has been working for a very long time (On password manager) now all of a sudden a no go????

Yes, you are right Longshadow, as this has been working for years... now all of a sudden "Access Denied"!
Anyhow, removing the / worked.
