francine I don't know how to tell you this but I lived so close to NYC as a kid I could have spit and hit the city. But what you, in your glorious IGNORANCE don't know is, even when I was a kid in the 60's people were clamoring to get out of NYC. Only the dumb people live there. There really is an exodus to get out of NYC and move to another place, ANY other place.
