It is something that appeared a while back. I guess it is something that Admin uses in that I cannot see any other use for it.

Update: After following Bill_De's Google link I now have a better understanding of the term and see than many members of the UHH are Content Creators.

Does "content creator" come from YouTube and other online media? Content creators are the ones that make things that lots of people watch or view. They have "followers" that enjoy what they do.
My favorite content creator is the Millennial Farmer on YouTube. He has a million subscribers that enjoy learning about what it takes to grow corn and soybeans.

Perhaps they are interested in something which has a broad spectrum, but is interested in answers from the perspectives from narrow category of individuals (e,g photographers), rather than overly broad technical references)
