Take a look at Clik Elite backpacks. I'm using one for carry on luggage on flights with my camera gear. It fits under the seat or in the overhead rack and does a great job. I'm carrying 2 bodies, 3 regular lenses plus an 80-400 mm, a tele extender, chargers, TM's, a 15.5" laptop, etc. Since I don't check it with the airline I have to check the tripod (Gitzo) but it takes everything else. Total weight with the backpack loaded is 31 #, but I can carry it around despite being 75 years old.

I read the replies and too many of the replies were put downs. The requester ask about a camera bag. Why do most of you put him down for the weight he choose to carry? That's none of your business.

You only showed your terrible ego and lack of compassion. If you can't respond in a positive manner keep your #@#%&* mouth shut.

All the writer wanted is some suggestions on camera bag types. As such I recommend he look at ThinkTank and Lowenpro, and Google "camera bags."

Don't get your panties in a knot. Most of the quips will stem from: Been there, Done that, I'll never do that again! Take it as good caution from experience. That much glass even lightweight kit lenses will be a lot of weight. Good glass will be monstrous. The OP also has to realise that most bags are manufactured to fit into the standards for carry-on luggage which will limit size weight and volume. At some point you can't take it ALL with you.

Yes, Lowepro. I have the Expedition 7 and I put all that stuff and more in it. I only store my gear in it and carry it to the trunk of car, to hotel room and back. I would never think of taking it on a hike or camping.

If you were to drop the laptop in favour of a of a much smaller file capture and viewer apparatus your task may be simpler. Bought an amazon basics backpack the other day for peanuts, might be worth a look as they show it loaded with gear. I was v. happy with it for the price

Check out Think Tank Streetwalker:

I use the Pro, and find it very comfortable.

I also have a LowePro 600 AW. It is huge, too big to really be comfortable, but I use it to transport gear in my car, then transfer to Think Tank as needed.

Both are very well built.

You have some really good equipment there and you should have a backpack that you can rely upon. I use the Crumpler C list Celebrity back pack for a couple of reasons. The first reason is because I had a LowPro backpack and the main zipper failed on the backpack and all of my equipment smashed on to the street and I had considerable damage because of the failure of the backpack. The basic design of the backpack is flawed because the opening is on the outer part of the backpack facing away from you and if a zipper fails you have no protection at all. The second reason I use the Crumpler C list is because the main opening of the backpack is against your back instead of facing away from you. Also the Crumpler has a second cover that zips into place inside the backpack further protecting your equipment. I have the medium size of this backpack and they also make a larger one that will accommodate a huge amount of equipment. The Crumpler backpacks are expensive but what is you equipment worth? My backpack sells in the $450.00 range and the larger one is in the $550.00 range but these backpacks are very intelligently designed. I can put two camera bodies, 14-24 lens, 24-70 lens, 60 macro, 105 macro, 180mm lens, 300mm lens, extension tubes and several other smaller things in there. There are also quite a few small compartments on the inside of the cover to put filters and extra things. It will also accommodate a 15 inch laptop in a pocket. Iknow that this is an expensive backpack but after what happened to me I will accept no less.

I use a backpack/ book bag from CORE. It has an inflatable
Small support for the low back. I have a Tenba insert for a messenger
Bag inserted. Works great and doesn't scream expensive camera
take me. It holds a body, 18-55, 55-300,50 prime and a macro.
It also holds binoculars, speed light, point and shoot in a case.
It also carries all my filters and I have a small Plano plastic
box that contains my charger, extra battery, extra memory cards
and lense cleaning equipment. It also carries my laptop and rain
poncho. Tripod and or mono pod attaches with outside straps.
Cost for bag, insert and plastic box, about one hundred dollars.
You cloud carry an extra body in this too.
I love this system.

Kata 3n1-33 should do it - I use a slightly smaller version and loose stuff in there for weeks!
