The edits look good! We are all learning new things every day...some even from our own mistakes. I hate to think how many times I have said, "Oops, that was a mistake. Time to try again." while editing a photo. Good thing the editing I do is non-destructive...lol

Then why is my scalp so scarce of hair? Every time I goof up, I don't find it until I've gone too many steps in. Costs me a handful of hair, at least.
Moral of the story: The more we learn, the more hair we keep. (We hope.)

Failure is the best teacher. Don't be afraid of trying something new. You tend to remember what didn't work and if trying something different succeeds, those memories go together.
