Some things make no sense.

Chaos erupted after a soccer match in Indonesia Saturday night.

Panic and a disorderly run for exits after police fired tear gas at the match to drive away fans upset with their team’s loss left at least 125 dead, most of whom were trampled or suffocated, making it one of the deadliest sports events in the world.

Soccer fans have been out of control since the 1960's! After watching the Democrat Party's 1968 convention they adopted the same tactics. The minute things get out of their control they erupt in violence. Toddlers adopt th same tactics and we call it "temper tantrum's." No wonder democrats love soccer. It aligns with their philosophies, whatever those may be.

This wasn't about the madness of crowds. Some of the crowd on the lower level was out of control. But the police fired tear gas that reached the upper level that was filled with families with kids. The people who died mostly came from that level.

This isn't about the crowd. This is about security at the match and inappropriate police action. They knew in advance that there was the potential for violence, yet they did not add additional security nor deny admission to anyone. Then, they inappropriately used tear gas on the wrong people. The people who were actually causing problems were already on the field and if you watch the video the police were attacking them with batons prior to firing the tear gas into the crowd that was still in the grand stands.

On top of that they had all but one exit locked. So when the tear gas reached the upper concourse those individuals were forced to flee so they could breath and they then found out there was no place to flee to.

By the way, the death toll is up to 170, which means it is the deadliest sports fatality in history.

Not being a soccer fan (nothing against it, it just isn't my thing) I had assumed that hooligans made this a regular custom at football (soccer) matches.

Somethings don't, such as the majority of your threads, but apparently you are within the rules, so I wouldn't sweat it.

Sounds just like Jan 6th. Pelosi was warned about in advance and did not add additional security nor deny admission to anyone.

You always manage to one-up yourself when it comes to saying lame, stupid stuff. No one cares, Princess.

You are probably the rudest "person" on the forum. You have thrown more insults my way just recently than I have seen since I've been here.
