Beautiful images, but my point was -- as the light trails off the ISO goes up so no need for another piece of gear! There is a serious condition called ISOphobia, which can limit creativity.

Of course, these are current specials from B&H, on other days they do offer deals on other equipment. I consider any price reduction on quality equipment. Wouldn't you? Just trying to be of service to those on this site.
Many generations ago I started using a length of very lightweight chain with a camera fitting bolt attached to one end of the chain instead of carrying any kind of tripod. The other end of the lightweight chain was placed under my shoe and held taught while taking the photo. It worked in minimizing "most" shake and I carried the chain in my pocket when not using it.
B&H offers daily specials offered for just that day only. Then the next day they offer the next 24 hour deal.
Thanks for explaining that. Ahead on the clock but behind on the deals. I have bought from them before (when I couldn't find a U.K. store with what I wanted and I was very pleased with the service and response.

I tried a monopod and looking through the view finder thought I was on a ship Swaying back and forth. This is another item to learn how to use. How do you keep from swaying around?

My current monopod has 3 little drop down feet that help to stabilize it. My first monopod didn't and that was pretty much worthless to me.
