I once shipped a computer and monitor in separate boxes with UPS, just before Christmas. Amazing that each box went missing, now what are the odds of that???? Still waiting for them to find it 24 years later.

I'm very disgust with UPS also.
But it something to do with surepost regularly sending our packages back to sender.
Really inrritating.

Have never had a problem with UPS. As a matter of fact my little wiener dog hitched a ride to the distribution center 40 miles away. She was returned 2 days later freshly bathed and with a new flea collar. Talk about customer service!!
