With respect I don’t think it is a sea gull, that from someone who does not know bird names. But I live on the ocean and see sea gulls just about every day. It looks to me more like a type of skimmer than a gull. Someone here will have a name for it I am sure.

No one asked but it was taken using a Sony 70-300 f/4.5-5.6 G SSM lens. Auto focus.
