I'm a big fan of his videos since Lr 5. Personally I prefer video format with an open dialog watching the actual changes than reading a book. I have a Kelby book, good read, but watching the changes works better for me. I use the book when I can't find a video on youtube.
Julieanne Kost is another excellent a free set and I'm sure there others.
Julieanne and Anthony are very good at shorter videos on specific techniques. A full fledged, well constructed course is a different subject. Julieanne had a fantastic course on Lightroom 4. I think Laura Shoe and Matt Kolakowski have better full length courses that lay out the fundamentals for you and then build on that for a workable skill set.
