On February 20, a federal judge sentenced Stone to serve 40 months in prison for convictions on charges of making false statements witness tampering, and obstruction in connection with the Russia probe. These are what you call collusion. There were also thirteen people who were charged including Russians.

Collusion is not a federal crime (except in the unique case of antitrust law), so you should all just stop using “collusion” as a short-hand for criminality.

How could he be charged with something that is not a charged crime. Collusion is not a chargeable offense. Outside of a rare economic crime, no one has ever been charged with collusion.
