I started work at the Ford Wayne Assembly Plant the day after I graduated from High School. I worked there four days & decided there had to be something better in life than that. Early attempt at air conditioning. It would hold some water and the air passing over the water was cooler than the air inside the car. The "low-rider" crowd loves those for some reason.
