In my LR, multiple consecutive or nonconsecutive photos can be deleted in Grid view but not in Loupe view. Same with editing keywords. I suppose that's similar to saying it doesn't work on the filmstrip. I don't use the filmstrip much except to see where I am in the group of photos I'm working on so I don't pay much attention to it.

This is in Win10. Haven't done much work yet with the Mac.

Thanks, I just encountered this issue yesterday! I don’t always read every UHH post but I’m glad I read yours. A real time saver!

Thank you. I must look into the "painter tool." I'll look on YouTube for help with the Painter Tool.

I can see the advantage of the "painter tool" would be ability to skip over some images and just select the one I want to assign an attribute.

Hi Dave, you probably know but just in case, while you are busy selecting photos in the matrix (grid) view, you can use the shift click for multiples as you said or you can hold down the command key and click on any photo you want to be included, another way of skipping over ones you don't want in the group you are selecting.

I just discovered this myself a little while ago. You can also toggle off undesired photos the same way. Thanks
