Absolutely love this series. Great composition, subject, and color as well as post manipulation. Congrats on your excellent photographic art.

Those are absolutely stunning! I live about a mile away. I would like to add one I took if it’s ok.

Very nice, you caught it on a slow flow day like the last shot of mine. I like your perspective for this image.

They are all excellent and worth the effort you put into them.

No problem. I am actually flattered! Several people have told me how my HDR work looks like a painting. (Kinda the look I was going for. )

What software did you use? Whatever it was worked great.

For the HDR work I used Photomatix Pro and the rest was done with LR and PS and possibly plugins from Topaz and On1. This was a decade or more ago. Today my workflow would be quite a bit different.

Thanks. I was guessing Photomatix. Great work by the way.

I have recently been seeing photos of the old Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC. I used to live pretty close to this old mill and took many photos of the mill. Here are a few of my personal favorites. Hope you enjoy.

Lovely set Dave.
I have gone to the mill and park several times this year for photo-ops.

The colors on the first shot are very nice. Usually the sunlight on the mill from that position is very bright, but with the right amount of cloudiness, it can be very pleasing as in your picture. I have never personally seen that. Also, the position from which you took the first pic is now a Do Not Climb zone. 😊
