I have recently been seeing photos of the old Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC. I used to live pretty close to this old mill and took many photos of the mill. Here are a few of my personal favorites. Hope you enjoy.

Thank you so much to all who have taken the time to stop and leave comments. Yates Mill was always fun to photograph, but the park that was created around this mill is a pleasure to explore as well. They have demonstrations of the mill operation which you can enjoy. Each year they hold a photography contest (I think they still do). The last photo in this group won first place and best in show one year (can't even remember which but think it was 2009). If you are ever in Raleigh and have the time this mill is definitely worth a stop.

Absolutely love this series. Great composition, subject, and color as well as post manipulation. Congrats on your excellent photographic art.
