First time I have seen this image but what caught my eye at first in more or less the bottom center was either a man retreating away from us or a woman coming towards us. If a man going away it appears he has something akin to goalie pads on his legs if you see the woman coming towards you it appears her head is downcast and she has on a hat that I have seen in older movies, but can not tell you the name of and you notice the shadow under her right hand breast and what appears to be some type of thong bikini bottom on..............ok maybe all these drugs they have me on now a days has addled my brain.
