Yes, a Black Rapid (sling) type strap that goes across your body and not just around the neck. Especially, good for carrying a heavy telephoto lens.
Look into peak Design Slide strap. It has a grip on one for carrying on the slider and smooth on the other side to bring the camera up to the shootiing position.adjusting the length on the fly couldn’t be simpler.
Personally, I wear my Slide strap cross shouldered.
I’ve always carried mine cross body. Wouldn’t work if more than one camera.
Yes, Black Rapid has a double strap made for two cameras
you might try putting the strap around your neck.it is difficult to slip off your shoulder if it's round your neck...IMHO

Yes. Check out 4V Design. Their straps are classic leather (which may or may not be your taste) and come in several sizes. The shoulder pads on the strap keep the camera absolutely glued to your shoulder without digging in. I keep my camera hanging from one shoulder with the strap fully extended so I can shoot all day long without adjusting the strap. I've used all kinds of straps, from Domke to Optech to dsptch and many others, and nothing works like the 4V. They are a little pricy but you won't need to buy another.

This is a solution I've found very effective...from Amazon; "Shoulder Houlder Purse Strap Holder" :

"Tenba" makes a series of non-slip sleeves that go over your strap. They come in different widths so measure the width of your straps and order however many you need. Suffering from the same malady, sloping shoulders, I've been very happy with mine.
2. I find most camera straps to be rather flimsy any way and I tend to lengthen them to fit over my shoulder and across my body. You need to be careful to allow enough so you can comfortably raise the camera to shooting position with out the strap hindering you.
3. Accessory straps and bags are getting way more attention than they used to. There are several solutions available if none of the suggestion given don't work for you.

Please don't let the name (Purse Strap Holder) of the product mislead you. The full description includes "camera straps". I've found these work for the (original) thin and wide shoulder straps....especially in the field. I've been using these for years...NO problems.
I agree. I currently have 10 camera bodies and use UpStap on every one of them.
i use the Black Rapid Sport and it works great.

put a fat rubberband or 2 around the strap.
Peak Design straps also have a “grippy” side, but I still use is as a sling strap, not off the shoulder.

I recently bought a strap on Ebay that I am hoping will not slip. I haven't used it much, but so far it seems to say in place. (Quick Rapid Black Single Shoulder Sling Belt Strap for DSLR Digital SLR Camera) If you are interested, copy this and paste it into the search bar in Ebay. It was only $8 and is very well made.
