Adobe is no help. I have the key and now have the software but Adobe told me that CS5 download is no longer available and gave me the upgrade price for Cs6.

There is nothing easy when using Adobe, I've been there and just when you think you have it figured out you hit another snag. I found with all questions and no answers it was easier to buy a new Photoshop, and that took care of all the problems that I had with them and they made another sale.(it was worth it, I am used to Photoshop)...Norm

I had Serif and never really learned to use it and did not have too many pics to work on. When I bought my new Canon I figured that I needed a better program so I went to PSE. I probally should have updated my Serif.
