I am looking fo a trial version of photoshop cs5. I downloaded it and bought the key, but didn't save the install file. Upgraded my computer and can't find the trial version to put with it.

You still have the old computer with cs5 on it? Find the software program called key finder and it will find the serial number and you should be set.
It is the other way around. I have the key, but I had downloaded the trial version and didn't save it. It is no longer available from Adobe. If I can get a trial version, I can use my key and register it.
I called Adobe and their only solution was to upgrade to cs6. No help at all.
ahancock, I have a copy of cs5 and am trying to figure out how to get it to you it is 1.66g. Looking for some way to upload it.
Adobe sucks when it comes to supporting their software once the newer version comes out. I had to reformat my hard drive a few years back and re-install all my programs. I misplaced my PSE 7 disc and called Adobe as I had still saved all my information. They looked at their records and saw all my information, but, said that I could not download 7 from their site as they had just released PSE8. Too bad, so sad. Luckily, I found my disc and re-installed it. Since then I use Nikon Capture NX2 for all my post processing. Adobe may be the latest, greatest and the most popular, but, I ain't ever going to give them my money any more. Too arrogant and big a company for me!
It takes you to cs6 download site.
I do believe that you have to uninstall it from your other computer before installing to another computer. I had to do it with my Elements 9, but forget the process...Norm
Typical Adobe - they always act supreme when you contact them for any help - maybe their reputation has gone to their head!!

You should be able to go to Adobe because it had to be registered in order to use it. they will have the key as well as a download site for you to use. It should be very easy.
