Please read Part 1 first, it will help you to understand what the ship is all about.
A few more shots from yesterday's photo shoot.
Apart from the top deck (outside) there are three other decks within the ship.
The entire hull up to just over the water line was clad in copper with a horse hair underlay, she must have looked magnificent in her day.
I took 170 shots yesterday and haven't really made a dent in what I want to do.
The top cabin deck under the main deck, there were four first class cabins right at the stern of the ship. these cabins are going to be recreated.

Great photos!!! I love the one of her bow. She is going to be magnificent when she is restored. Thank you for sharing her journey with us and I really look forward to more photos of this great lady.

Your doing this ship and its workers proud Ron. Excellent set. Thanks for sharing this with us
Nice work there; keep at it.
I think it is wonderful that you are going to documenting step by step. When it is finished it will be grand and hard to believe that it started out so distressed.

Great set. I missed some of the others, is your intent that she go to sea again?

Wonderful! Will she remain on land for the rest of her life Ron? Wondering if they'll replace the copper sheathing? I guess that'll be too expensive. Great project. Cheers JohnR
I think it is great when our history is recreated so we can learn and enjoy our heritage. Thanks very much
