If you come to a fork in the road, take the road less traveled. 😷😷

Every road is a "rainbow" and at the end of it is always some kind of "pot of gold". I once made the mistake of not following this one road across some tracks and around a turn (maybe only 1/16th mile). I found that road again about three years later only to see an old barn being torn down for the wood. I stopped and asked if anything was in the barn. The young man working there told me it was his grandfathers place and they just sold the farm and that before they started tearing it down they had sold the contents ...... about 40+ old (and I mean old) gas station pumps dating back to at least late 1920's or early 1930's, and they were all in really good shape ...... none of the glass was broken and some only had a few scratches. Boy did I kick myself in the ass all the 185 miles back home; I missed my pot of gold.

All the way, my friend, all the way. Here in Georgia, there are not many dirt roads left.

In some our townships in very rural Wisconsin you can still find them. In some of our State's Forests people on their recreation vehicles have cut trails through them; I take my old "junker" on them just to see what I can see. It's fun and sometimes very rewarding.

you have to take the road just so that you can see the view
Until you hear the tune from Deliverance?
Jederick, I would follow it to the end if possible; you never know what is around the next corner. I imagine that there is a DeLorme Atlas available for Utah. A GPS unit and this Atlas would be invaluable for a backroads fellow such as yourself. I liked these images alot as I do almost everything you post.

That is what I did, Chief, and it ended at the Bridger-Teton Wilderness area!!
I wish I had been with you! Getting tired of Florida.
