I have a New Photoshop Elements 15 & Premier Elements 15. When I insert the disc it will not load the program. Adobe only wants to rent me the latest on a monthly basis, that's why I purchased this version 15. I would use these program so few times, I don't want a monthly charge!
I didn't know that elements was available by subscription. It is usually a flat price for a download, '
PS Elements is still a stand-alone purchase. Version 2021 just came out. Click
here.
If you want help with your version 15 install, you will need to explain further what error message you are receiving, what operating system is on your computer, whether you have an installation code (it may no longer be valid), where and when was the disc purchased, and so forth.
version 2021 is available

But he wants to install version 15........
That's right, I want to install what I have already paid for! I have had it on the shelf for some time, so why would the codes expire? When I load it I get nothing, no setup file, no files to click on!

Is your computer set to auto run stuff on a CD when inserted or do you manually have to start the installation program on the CD?
When you say you get "nothing" The CD just sits there?
Did you try Adobe support? They are usually pretty good.

So sometimes opening the CD drawer and closing it again triggers the auto run program that launches everything else. Or use file explorer or the mac equivalent to peruse the main directory of the CD and look for the file that sounds like it should start things up. Maybe named setup and be an 'application' file type.

Well,
When you put the CD in the drive and close the drawer, it hums, right?
Does anything pup up on the screen?
If you start Windows Explorer (You haven't stated your operating system yet),
Does the CD drive show up, in addition to C:?
If so, it isn't doing auto run now.
What items, if any are displayed by Windows Explorer as being on the CD drive?
OS Win10, It does show anything when I try to read whats on the disc.
