Before I retired I managed the used camera equipment portion of Cameta Camera - so I know a good deal about the industry. KEH is an extremely reputable company. They tend to be conservative in their ratings of the gear (cosmetics) so many folks find that when they order a product listed at a specific cosmetic level they end up being pleasantly surprised when the item arrives. They offer a very decent warranty on the used items. I would not hesitate at all to purchase from them - in fact I have done so myself.

I have used them often and had great luck over the years. Only once did I have a question about a purchase and questioned the option they sent, (1 of 3). They reviewed my order and inital request then realized they sent the wrong item based on condition listing, (rating of 8 vs: a 9 or 9+). The return and correction was made and a reduced price courtesy was extended to me. I consider KEH one of the aboslute best sellers of new and used camera equement. David C.

KEH is very trustworthy, honest and reliable, and their lens ratings are conservative... meaning the condition of the actual lens is even better than the advertised rating grade.

I've been delighted with KEH both buying and selling. Just received a check from them for my Alpha 7/2. The whole experience from the online quote to receiving a check took only 10 days!. They also stand behind equipment purchased from them. They are the first place to look when you need a lens. I highly recommend them.

They are a good company. I have bought new and used equipment from them in the past, never had any problems.

Someone on U-Tube mentioned that KEH was recently purchased by a bigger company and that they are no longer as good as they were. I cannot speak to the accuracy of this claim, but maybe you want to take it into account. For details, see the Angry Photographer on U-Tube.

Yeah, me too also.
The only problem I can think of is what I get is better than what I bought.
SWMBO doesn't always think that I bought a used item.
