Come on people!!! It's a bloody joke! The maker of the sign couldn't even get it right spelling Corona Virus. Dagummet, this was meant to be funny, humorous, something to laugh at. Get a life and for gosh sakes quite making everything something to spout out everything political.

Over and OUT!

Coming from Oz, it's really comforting to see a bearded, grey haired gentleman telling it like it really is with regard to the twerp y'all think is God. Thank you Kmgw9v.

Here is a summary of the current state from a columnist (David Brooks):

"We Americans enter the July 4 weekend of 2020 humiliated as almost never before. We had one collective project this year and that was to crush Covid-19, and we failed.

On Wednesday, we had about 50,000 new positive tests, a record. Other nations are beating the disease while our infection lines shoot upward as sharply as they did in March.

This failure will lead to other failures. A third of Americans show signs of clinical anxiety or depression, according to the Census Bureau. Suspected drug overdose deaths surged by 42 percent in May. Small businesses, colleges and community hubs will close.

At least Americans are not in denial about the nation’s turmoil of the last three months. According to a Pew survey, 71 percent of Americans are angry about the state of the country right now and 66 percent are fearful. Only 17 percent are proud."

I cannot understand the self-centered-ness of the 17%. People have died as a result of their bad choices, and others will be forever traumatized. We are facing the biggest threat since the Great Depression or the early, uncertain stages of WWII. As in those dark times, we needed to work together, side by side. But the 17% have been AWOL. Their country needed them to not put themselves first and they did not answer the call. And some of them are in these conversation threads.

I am not going to blame anyone other than the individuals who don't take this seriously and don't take steps to protect themselves and others. People need to act responsibly. The government can't make you do that, only you.

To some degree they can exert more controls, although it would become very politicized and so many run the other way. What the politicians certainly can do is hammer away at the continued need for social responsibility and to remind us (some of us especially) that we are all in this mess together. Socially distance. Wear . a. good . mask in public, & that sort of thing. Real leaders lead by example.

How many times does someone have to tell you there is an issue and yet you don't take it seriously and do something about it. IMO, the reason we are seeing this spread is that generally people are idiots including A LOT of elected officials.

The "plan" by our Sun God is to ignore it and it will soon go away. Was suppose to dissappear by end of April. What the heck happened to that plan? Oh is was Obama's fault!!

I agree with the start of your third sentence.

But don’t agree that you have ESP.

We’ll see what happens over the next month.

Don’t worry about next month.....yet. Worry about NOW.
And you don’t need ESP.

"If it is not seen, it is non-extant" crowd of course. A definite form of herd experience. Functioning brain not required.

Sadly.
