Have any members used Mpix for photo printing? If so are you happy with the results? thanks
I used them once and the pictures turned out excellent. I took advantage of the sign-up offer to get 25% off the entire order and had to photos printed, and framed for a very good price.
The turn-around was pretty fast, 2 days if I recall.
I've used several times and have never been disappointed.

I've printed several from them and all are top quality. MPix is rated in the top 5 in the USA.

I use them all the time. I also am a Zenfolio user and they use MPIX as one of their labs. Been with them for 6-8 years. I did have a couple off problems with MPIX photos. They were excellent in taking care of them. Had replacement at my door step the very next day. They are the best. Thanks

I have not, but a good friend has and won’t use anyone else. She’s picky, so they must be pretty good.
Yes. I like them a lot. Quailty work.
Besides being quick and having excellent quality and quick turnaround time when you receive your pictures they are package to prevent any damage from shipping services.
I have used MPIX for years. Quick turn-around, fast delivery. Just make sure your screen and their printer agree. There are several ways to do this. The simplest is for them to send you a sample pack, and you match your screen to it.

This is excellent advice. I too have used them for years and at first I wasn’t careful enough with matching up my screen with their printer output. After figuring that out it’s been smooth sailing. I’ve used them for photo books, small prints, blown up prints, even a few metal prints. All have been excellent quality.
The only time I had a problem was last summer when I got a couple of 11”X14” prints back that were not what I had expected. After reviewing what I’d sent them, I realized it was my fault as I’d gotten in a hurry and they’d printed exactly what my computer had told them to! I emailed their customer service and explained my mistake; their representative replied within minutes, told me to send the correct images, and they would reprint them. Not only did they print them that afternoon, they shipped them to me with overnight delivery and I received them the next day! At NO charge whatsoever to me even though I’d told them I would gladly pay for my own mistake. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
I have also been very pleased with Mpix. Customer service is very good. The B&W prints are on "real" B&W paper and have no unwanted color tones at all. Very good B&W. Also lots of sizes and surfaces. I'm not too far from their location and usually receive shipped prints in a day or two. As mentioned, packaging is very well done and ready to hand off or reship. Monitor set up is also very important. Very pleased.

MPix is one of America’s top labs...
Calibrate and profile your monitor before using any lab. That is the single most important secret to using labs! (I know — I ran the color correction and printing departments of a large pro portrait lab for five years.
Use a hardware and software calibration kit to do that. Datacolor and X-Rite make them.
Keep brightness low, between 80 and 120 candelas per square meter. If your prints are dark, your monitor is too bright.
