My rating:

Color printings - 9.5. They were actually a tad more saturated than a calibrated monitor.

Black and white printings - 10.0. The best B&W prints I have seen.

Paper - 8.5. I'm not sure what they use, it's not bad at all, but neither is it heavyweight.

Packaging - 10.0. I think it would be easier to crush a car than their packaging.

Express printing/shipping - 10.0. Sent in on Monday, printed on Tuesday, delivered on Wednesday.

Price - 8.5. Not the least expensive, but not bad.

Website - 7.5. A bit clunky till I figured it out, but certainly not unmanageable.

Overall El Dubya score - 64 out of 70 possible for an average of score of 9.14.
