Probably a yellow finch. I am also in Baltimore and get them all the time at my finch feeder.

Male Yellow Warblers are often pretty much all yellow while migrating. Their grayish wings are VERY subtle at this time of year making them look all yellow.
Especially when viewed from bellow.

Was it about 9 ft tall? No, seriously if it was at your feeder a Goldfinch or maybe Evening Grosbeak...

Might be a yellow warbler or a female gold finch. They are not really completely yellow but they have less contrast between the yellow body and the slightly brownish wing. If truly completely yellow, I would guess at an escaped domestic budgie.

It is likely a Yellow warbler. Another possibility is an escaped canary. Gold Finches have too much black to fit your description.

In flight it can look pretty close. Especially immature birds and females during migration.

Another possibility is a female yellow tanager. That would be cool! I like tanagers, especially scarlet.
