Redneck is a slur. Oriental is not. Who decided to change the term to Asians. There Orient is a real place. Enough with this BS!!

I am an image chaser, never have been much of an equipment chaser.
I could care less and no it's not something of interest to me.

That's interesting. I would have thought it would be Sony, since they manufacture both quality full frame and crop sensor cameras. Fuji shouldn't be far behind. They just unleashed a blockbuster in the X-T4. A new release camera, can result in a boost in Sales. However, Japanese demand is probably different than American demand.

My hands are large enough that most x-large gloves are still to tight. But I love my Olympus EM-1 :-)

Ah, Virginia...how is your Gov doing? Still in Blackface and aupported by people like you?
I wonder if Trump prefers an Olympus because of small hands.
I have been shooting Olympus 3/4 starting with the OMD EM1. This camera did not feel comfortable in my hand. I added an optional grip and it worked well. Starting with the OMD E1 Mk II and now the Mk III ) Olympus added a longer grip and this fits my hand very well (no optional grip needed). I am very secure holding the camera and have no trouble accessing the various controls. I like how light and small the camera is. I can easily carry two cameras with attached lenses in a Moutainsmith fanny pack.
Asian is the the correct word.
I agree with you in NE ALABAMA . Why are people so sensitive these days ? By the way I am located in central Alabama .
Olympus makes great cameras. I have both Nikon and Olympus cameras. There are things that I can do with my Olympus that I cannot do with my Nikon. The Olympus is a great high Mag macro camera.

Or you can say it takes one to know one!!!!
My dad was an optical physicist for Kodak from the '50s to the 90's; always spoke highly of Olympus lens quality. My XA and XA4 always shot very sharp photos that could blow up easily to 16x20 with Plus-x or T-max 100.

I own two cameras - Canon 5D Mark III and Olympus EM-1. Canon feels more comfortable in my hands and is my choice when I can drive to location. But when I hike or backpack I don't bring Canon. I bring Olympus and quite often leave it in the car trunk after trying on my backpack. Olympus is a great camera, with amazing IBIS that allows my to skip a tripod, but I wish it was a bit bigger... and lighter. LOL
