I had my Nikon Df converted by Life Pixel. They are fun cameras that way.

There are 2 companies that I’ve used. Kolarivision.com and lifepixel.com
Read their websites a few people told me they changed from Lifepixel to Kolarivision. Both are good.

I've had two cameras converted by Lifepixel, and I'm very happy with them. They also have a lot of good information about IR on their website.

I had a Canon 7D converted recently by Isaac Szabo (https://www.isaacszabo.com/). The turnaround was quick and the conversion was perfect. I opted for a 830nm B/W conversion but he also does 590nm, 720nm and full spectrum conversions.

Mr. Szabo has been doing IR conversions for more than 10 years and does not do much advertising but his pricing is very competitive.

I had my Nikon D5200 converted by Isaac Szabo (https://www.isaacszabo.com/). I chose the 590nm
filter and his turn around time is relatively short. Do not panic that is address is General Delivery to a small town in Florida, he follows the package with the tracking number.

The Sigma D9, D10, D14 and D15 DSLRs are user convertible at no charge, by the simple removal of a filter in front of the sensor, by fingernail.

A user reversible process and a great infrared mode.

I had 3 of these and they were great in either mode. Plenty of them out there used....

See eBay and other markets. Used they often cost less than an IR conversion.

Sigma even has good info and software on their IR processing.

Life Pixel gets my vote. They also have follow-up education and you can schedule a Q&A session. The conversion was done very well and the result exactly as expected

I had two done with LifePixel. Some cameras are better than others for this conversion, so be sure to check with them. There is a big choice of filters, too, so make sure you know what you're getting.

I have two full spectrum from LifePixel - both were purchased from them. Very happy with the results. One's a crop DSLR mostly used for UV and one is a MILC which is mostly used for IR.

Check out LifePixel's discussion of filters. I suggest getting full spectra and then buy filters to add to the far end of the lens. This give you great versitility.

Yes, I fully agree... full spectra is the way to go. Smf85 what do you use for UV photography. IR is well known, but UV is a bit of a mystery.
