Toe placement? I expect she had to place her feet and toes in whatever manner it took to maintain that lovely pose. She had to balance or possibly fall through the window. I like the shot.

My only comment would be to question why the cropping/framing is not level. It is an interesting angle for sure, but I don't think the photo would lose anything by being level, and I am not sure it gains by being on the angle.
I think the entire idea of a forum IS to get feed back and improve your work; or, at least validate your work to some degree. There are one or two people posting that have truly great photos which serves as an example of great work and a challenge to get as good as those setting examples. (one example would be robeng!) Yes, some feed back is nit-picky, or even unwarranted or based upon personal morals etc but the bottom line should be to take it in, learn, and pay attention to the smallest detail; be a better photographer.
This photo above is pretty good, beautiful model, excellent pose (except maybe for her toes, lol) The horizon line is a bit distracting but the artistic value overpowers the tilt. I assume the high key over exposure was purposeful as another artistic flair. Altogether, nice job, thanks for sharing.

Thank you CanonTom It only takes a simple bit of common sense to work out why her toes are splayed....... :-)

My dog chases cars...if he ever catches one I have a sneaking suspicion he wont be able to drive it.... Just like critique just because you can give it doesn't mean you should.. Critique is a process that works both ways with both participants getting something from it... I would rather have no critique than bad critique and the generalised I don't like the toe (being picky) clearly shows poor critique technique where is the corrective course of action...I did give every opportunity for a correction but as you can see the ability/skill wasn't there so why do it in the first place?? You even joke about it yourself... Self importance or Ego simple as that... If you want to give critique at least learn to do it properly it is a skill that everyone benefits from …. "I don't like your picture because...….." isn't critique that's just opinion... "I would add if you ask your model to put her heel down this would avoid the toes splaying keeping them together" ...see the difference... Its not rocket science just basic acquired skill…

Toe position......hmmm I think it is a great image. One that I like. Maybe toe position is important, but I confess that when I am photographing nudes I don't look at the toes as much as I should. I sometimes chop them right off. I notice it after the fact, and just think "oh well"!
You posted with the understanding you would get feedback, good and bad. If you don't want criticism then don't pist.

I don't mind critique at all … when asked for.... At no point have I asked on 4 posts yet was given 3 critiques and a bit of advice... If you offer critique then you should be able to handle someone who laughs at your advice... ;-)
We are all laughing at you now.

How come the posters who comment here don't actually post photos in the forum and when they do they are of poor to low quality showing no experience or skill??? Prime example focus stacking....lol... Please my sides are hurting... ;-)

So are you saying that the only way to respond to a post with a photograph is to post a photo yourself? We are all entitled to our opinions whatever they may be. Your comment with focus stacking suggests you are a SOC, only RAW, no post processing kinda guy.

I believe Rogstrix was just making a suggestion. Not looking into starting an argument. People on here always seem to get snippy, that is why many of us rarely post! It often gets to the point that I no longer even want to be part of UHH!
Anyone asking for comments/critique should be able to handle them.
What makes you think anyone was trying to argue? I didn’t see any argument?
Nice photo, JoeJoe--what you did worked well, and I enjoyed seeing it.
It’s much better than a lot of the things we see posted in this section--maybe some folks are jealous.
Keep posting; ignore the naysayers; I’m sure the great bulk of us enjoy your work.
