I've seen some with the Ford flathead V8, 60hp I believe. I think they had a different designation though.

I had one of these Fords with the straight 6 back in the 60's. In high gear it would "move" down the road. I granny it would walk up a "steep" hill. I hope you get to try it out when finished.

I learned to drive on a somewhat older and original version of the 8n. You could pull stumps in low and really race along at, maybe, 8mph in 4th. I loved the dual brakes for no-hands steering.

I doubt I will try it out since my job is just to get it running .

That would have been a 9n or 2n, which I have owned and use two.
