Beautiful shot of my favorite insect. They are so interesting to watch, both outside the hive and inside (I have two hives, and made an observation hive once upon a time). Look like an Italian strain.

Just to be technical, the honey is made in the hive as they ingest the nectar to their stomachs and then into the honey comb. Nice shot, where are you with blooms like that?
