Great shots and info! The railroad spike is just like the one in our shop downstairs. My grandfather must have gotten it from the old railroad that went past his farm. He used it as a chisel, as my dad did, as I do, as my children will...

Thank You, Sylvias...the stuff we find on back country dirt roads and, there are many more of these type roads in this area so, "I'll be back" as Arnold said in the movie!

Thank You, ELNikkor! I have picked up several of these old, rusted spikes and have them under my garage workbench...I'll try using them as a chisel next time I need one!!
