I spent a week camping in the park plus several days driving there and back, visiting family and friends. The weather wasn't perfect - COLD and WET! I still managed to shoot about 6000 images! Some are on film that I haven't developed yet. I was surprised at just hoe much I fell in love with Montana!

Since I love animals most, I'll start by posting some of the animals I saw. Enjoy!

Very nice series! I think the first one is great.

Very nice set, Kathy! I like the darker look and my crew takes exception to the caption on #3, he is plenty wild.

Thanks, Mike. I appreciate that! That's sort of how they come out of my camera.

Great shots Kathy, love the cow moose with the calf! Glad you enjoyed your visit!

Cindy, yes, that was SO exciting. She ran right in front of my car. I was just hoping to get camera in my hand before they disappeared! Thanks so much for looking.

Thank you. Most were quite serendipitous. I heard (but did not see) a grizzly. In fact, he kept me from getting that iconic shot of the park!

Thanks, Steve. I like it also. I really liked that small group of horses, and, wonder of wonders, I had blue sky behind them! That was really a treat!

Thanks, Sylvia. I was actually crowing inside my car! Photographically it's not great, and my windshield isn't the best see-through window. At least with all the rain it was pretty clean! I knew if I tried to step out she'd dart away before I got a shot off. The calf looked quite young.

Nice shots. Hope to see more when you get them processed. You're making me miss home, but it's great seeing Montana wildlife again!
