According to Wikipedia

A scavenger hunt is a game in which the organizers prepare a list defining specific items, using which the participants — individuals or teams — seek to gather all items on the list — usually without purchasing them — or perform tasks or take photographs of the items, as specified.[1] The goal is usually to be the first to complete the list, although in a variation on the game players can also be challenged to complete the tasks on the list in the most creative manner. (We need not worry about who is first)

Today we are going to have fun with a scavenger hunt. It is all open for interpretation, use your imagination and have fun. Here is what you will be looking for.
1. Shadows
2. Depth of field f/4 to f/5
3. Upside down
4. Something Old
5. Something children play with
6. Something colorful
7. Natural lighting
8. Leading lines
9. Freezing time

Post as often as you'd like and Happy snapping!

Thanks. The shot was taken last October when they were just passing through the area. I hope they will return this fall.

I really like your low tide leading lines. The something old gave me a good chuckle, especially with the book title. Nice work. Our long time dream was to RV after retirement, then my husband was diagnosed with MS. That dream gradually died. Enjoy your travels for both of us. I am so glad when anyone gets to travel and enjoy the latter years. Those times are real treasures.

It was fun looking for the various elements. Upside down was the hardest for me. Pat, that piano is in Paradise Lodge on Mt. Rainier. Made from wood cut down on the site. Really facinating.

   Especially like the sugar cane harvest. Hey! I have the same shot of the old barn at the LBJ Ranch. Hope you weren't in an area that got all the flooding.

I don't know how you did the crows, but I certainly like it. All nice.I love to see clothes on the line. The lupine are beautiful.

Just a few to start with and I find some pictures suit two items like these crows shown first. They are crow shadows and are also very colourful I think and the third picture are slso colourful shadows, dresses drying on the clothesline and most colourful are lupines growing along the railroad tracks

Very nice set of photos. The old PNC bottle is really interesting. I haven't seen one of those in many years.
