thanks again.

It is always a pleasure to help a worthy cause whenever I can. Hope this effort works well for you and her!!

It will take some time but thank you for being kind,
and please google Tim. It is the most amazing story I ever heard rivaling mother Theresa. I hope to write much more but it is better to wait until I relocate at least for a while.

Maybe you could work with someone who has knowledge and then, Viola!! - you too would have knowledge??
Good luck with your watermark

Another one of the people trying to drag down the helpfulness of this forum!!

If you don't agree with what the willing people are doing, just shut up and go away!! This is being kept alive by people like you!!

With regard to it being illegal for youngsters younger than 18 being on this site. I'm curious, does the Administration
sell liquor or prescription drugs here? I do believe that there are many, many, younger than 18 photographers among us taking many fine photos. Are we to believe that there is a law determining that youngsters less than 18 should be preventing from enjoying photography and the company of others of like interest? I have had cameras in my possession since the age of 9, and sold a few photos before I was 18. Never once did the local Sheriff or the FBI come looking for me.
Personally, I have never, in many, many years, ever heard of any law, or laws, such as that mentioned on this site.

Do you work for free? cause that is what you are asking someone to do. I know it took me more than a couple of hours to come up with Mine and I was only dealing with myself and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted.

There is a lot more to designing a watermark than you think.

I Completely agree with you MWAC. I had a basic idea, but it took me awhile fiddling around in Elements to get everything I wanted and then to find other designs I wanted and bring them in as well.

I could do one, but so far I haven't done anything like that for anyone and I don't think I would want to take on the job. For instance would you want something that was in color or would you want something that was more opaic that could go on top of most photographs? As far as your name would you want it to be straight line under or over the skateboard you want or would you maybe want it to wrap around the skateboard or go over the top of the skateboard? It's a lot to take on and do.

It's one thing to ask for some help learning to do a task but a whole nother ball of wax to expect someone to do it for you...especially for free!! Maybe your mommy could do it for you...

I'm really amazed to hear a fellow Texan say such a thing as directly above. So I suppose you never held a door open for a lady, never stopped to help a stranded motorist,
never helped a child find a ball. (Humm, never stopped to change a flat tire for a pretty young thing) Right off hand I would say that you are a disgrace to Texas.

Sorry, but having been born and raised in Texas, as a proud Texan, in the Fort Worth area as a matter of fact, I was rather shocked to hear another, I assume Texan, infer that he doesn't believe in helping another person out with a problem without being paid for his assistance.
Now Texas is the last place in the Union that I would expect to find people who expect to be paid for their good deeds.
Incidentally, what is your charge for assisting a stranded motorist

Better explained here than before when the word "illegal" was used a time or two. If there is not a "written law of the land" preventing a certain action, then that action is not "illegal."
What we have here is simply a rule requesting that certain things be done, or not done. There is no "illegal" action on the part of any person present or absent.
