Check out etsy.com there are graphic designers that have pre-made watermarkers they will customize a little for you from anywhere from $10 to total custom work for $200.

Sorry asking someone to design you a watermark for free bugs the poop outta me.

Do you work for free? cause that is what you are asking someone to do. I know it took me more than a couple of hours to come up with Mine and I was only dealing with myself and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted.

There is a lot more to designing a watermark than you think.

If I were talented enough, I'd give it a shot. Anything I designed would be unusable. Depending what you have in mind, you might be able to use a graphics progam to combine text with generic, royalty-free graphics. Since it's a watermark, it wouldn't be very large or elaborate.

You might find something useful here. https://www.google.com/search?q=designing+watermarks

Completely agree with you MWAC. I had a basic idea, but it took me awhile fiddling around in Elements to get everything I wanted and then to find other designs I wanted and bring them in as well.

I could do one, but so far I haven't done anything like that for anyone and I don't think I would want to take on the job. For instance would you want something that was in color or would you want something that was more opaic that could go on top of most photographs? As far as your name would you want it to be straight line under or over the skateboard you want or would you maybe want it to wrap around the skateboard or go over the top of the skateboard? It's a lot to take on and do.

I just wanted to give people a basic idea and see what they came up with, sort of a challenge :)

Don't kid yourself or the group, you wanted someone to work for you for free and hand over a finished product at no cost.

So you eventually found the person you were seeking, well done, look forward to seeing the final result, and good on the kind person that was willing and able to do it.

Wae'aye man!

I know you have one already but I did this in illustrator and PS quite quick. You can choose the best one that fits your needs.

You would open your image in PS then open the water mark png in PS select all, on the watermark and choose copy. Return to your image and paste as a new layer. Use free transform whilst holding shift key (restraining the constraints) to resize the watermark layer to fill accross centre of image and then bring the opacity of the watermark layer down as that it does not obscure the view of the image but is there if people wanted to rip it.

Remember a watermark should be subtle and not interupt peoples viewing.

IMPORTANT! Save as a layered tiff or psd file 1st then save as a flattened jpeg for uploading. Keep the original or the tiff incase you want to remove the watermark later.

I uploded with the store original option so that you can download it for your needs.

To the rest of the people who dissed Josh, then if a guy can't spend 10 minutes to help a fellow hogg what is this forum about. I bet some of you spend longer than this discussing Critique.

Josh, please feel free to use this image in any way you see fit. I transfer sole ownership to you here and now. Matt Keeling

Well done mafadecay. Nice to see there are still some people out there willing to help a young person brave enough to ask for help.

I might be able to see the dissing of Josh if he were and adult. It is obvious he is a kid or teenager. Once again some really nice "Hogs" came through for him. I am surprised the Anti-watermark "do it yourself" remarks came from people I know and respect on this board.

and should be an.
