Thank you Dr Rae, Stoney and Sarge for giving me your opinions.

I really really appreciate every ones opinions on this!

BTW, this is Poinsett Bridge in Travelers Rest, SC. It is about 50 miles south (I believe) of Asheville, NC. I never realized that S. Carolina actually has some of the foothills in our state. If I get a chance, I will post a picture of the entire bridge.

Well it's beautiful. If I could I'd take a 3 year old little fairy girl there for a special picture.

Hi Everyone, I would like to know which angle looks best for this photo. I am having a difficult time figuring out which works best for the picture. I played a lot with the pp (contrast, bright and darken) and advice is welcome.

I love the first one! Perfect in every way!!

IMHO, I like the first photo the best. It shows more depth, as you can see the stones up close and personal on the left, and yet you can also see the inside of the tunnel, and the terraced waterfall in the far back. AWESOME!!!! :O)

I like the last best because the converging lines of the stones lead one's eye out to the forest. Also, some detail of the walls can be seen. It seems almost 3D.

I like the first best, it leads you in and with the stream just coming into view, you feel a pull to continue on to see the rest of the stream.

In considering all the photos, overall I like the look to @3 -- it's magical! The archway is an important part of the scene; leads you into the stream to the trees.

I Like #2 the best. Especially if you could darken all of the tunnel. This way you get the effect of going through a dark tunnel out into the light.
I like all of the photos though.

I'll have to be contrary to the majority. I really like #2 the best. I like the focus on the stream, and really like the reflection.

I like this type of shot and concede that it is not always easy to decide on framing. I usually take several shots and then argue with myself as you are doing here. That said I think #1 is a hands down winner. Nice framing, nice processing. It gives the feeling that you are already entering the portal ready to enter the scene beyond.
