Fill flash may or may not overcome the grass tinting and will add more light to your exposure, better to use a reflector between the grass and your subject.

Just looked at the original shot of Hanna and it has the green cast in it so it didn't happen in PP. There was grass in front of her and trees all around the yard so do you think that is possibly the cause for the green tint?? If so would you recommend that I use fill flash on all of the shots like this since there will always be something that will cast a tint?? Would you suggest I use the on camera flash for the fill or use an off the camera flash??
You said it didn't happen in post but could it be the result of a "vivid" camera setting using jpg format?
It sure looks like it was there but accentuated by an excessive amount of "vibrance" (In LR it's called that.)

Don't use the vivid setting but I might have used the vibrance setting in Smart Photo Editor. I suppose it would be smart to catalog what I do to each photo but that just seems like way too much hassle. I need to keep a better eye on what's happening when I do my PP work.........

Noted and I like that idea better---not a big fan of flash unless it's absolutely necessary. Once you start using flash then you need to start dealing with shadows and overexposure from flash.........
That green color cast seems to be confined to areas that would be reflecting from the grass. I'm not sure about flash fill, but I've eliminated some of the green cast from grassy areas by using a large white reflector for fill.
Your pictures are super nice, I especially like the black and white.
Thanks all for looking and the suggestions. I will try both the fill with a defuser and the reflector. Am trying to get together with her for a few outdoor shots this winter and I have her and another beautiful 16 year old for next summer. Hanna is dear to me and ideally I would love to shoot her grad pics so I have 4 years to get my act together to do her justice..........
Hope this works for you.I've adjusted the color temp. in Lightroom And a few other adjustments.Hand has a yellowish color. This can also be corrected.

WOW!! That is TERRIBLE!!!
The original is 'perfect' other than the small spots of color reflections, yours is way off the mark!!

SOMEBODY adjusted without a calibrated monitor...this really is horrifying.

This is the kind of comment that makes me take a break from this site...

Oh spew.... that's just dreadful..
Don't touch them please, great model, great pose, great exposure. Flash would destroy them and ruin the eyes. The shots as they are are a credit to you.. I cannot believe some of the advice that's being proffered. Stop fiddling with them, they are beautiful 'natural light' images..
leave it at that...

I "rarely" make negative comments on here, but when someone makes changes that WERE NOT ASKED FOR and posts such a terrible edit, then the comment is justified.
The original post was ONLY asking about some slight color reflection color casts, NOT anything related to white balance that would have justified such an awful edit!!
The policy on this forum is NOT to edit and repost ANYONES photos unless it is REQUESTED!!
