Impeachments are supposed to be about high crimes and misdemeanors which occur while an individual holds office.

Once out of office, if a crime occurs, then it's up to the judicial system to indict an individual.

To this day, the House Judiciary Committee and the House Impeachment Inquiry Committee can't find a single thing to Impeach President Biden on. They've only got conspiracy theories which keep falling apart when they call in witnesses to testify. The majority of the country considers those committees to be nothing more than a dog chasing it's own tail on instructions from trump. They're being openly laughed at.

Looks like Biden and the Left have also forgotten that thought process regarding sanctuary cities. Recently illegal aliens were arrested in a sanctuary city who had been deported several times. They had been arrested on felony charges but were in possession of firearms at the time, another felony. Because it was a sanctuary city they were released. Can you agree this is completely wrong? What does it take for the Left to arrest and convict anyone even ex felons in possession of firearms.

Tell us why Mayorkas should not be impeached in the Senate when he has done nothing but go against established law regarding border security.

Until the US Constitution is amended, or the laws are changed, yes anyone crossing the border, no natter where that crossing occurs, simply needs to go to any official port of entry, and request asylum.

It was the trump administration which cut funding for the immigration courts, which caused a huge backlog in asylum cases.
