You say that BS while offering no evidence. This thread is about the Left trying to get away from Mayorkas' impeachment charges according to Senator Kennedy. He outlines quite well the failure of Biden and Mayorkas to follow established law, their failure in doing away with working established rules and contracts set up by President Trump that made the Southern border work for the first time in years. Asylum seekers are not allowed to simply come to the border and cross over into America with a citation to appear YEARS later to see if they were supposed to actually fit the parameters of being a legal asylum seeker in the first place. Are you able to comprehend that concept and agree America does have laws to be followed regarding who comes across the border into this country?

But Biden simply did away with all controls as he invited every illegal alien on the planet to come across the border. Can you agree that is not in keeping with established laws regarding border security?

I know lil denny tells us all about asylum seekers can simply cross whenever and wherever they want and IF caught years later on OR if this is the 2nd through 5th time apprehended they can at that point simply claim asylum and allis forgiven. He forgets the LAW that says if a person has been deported once and comes back across the border that person can be arrested and tried then sent to prison. lil denny forgets the OTHER parts of immigration law to suit his thought process or lack of a thought process.

Looks like Biden and the Left have also forgotten that thought process regarding sanctuary cities. Recently illegal aliens were arrested in a sanctuary city who had been deported several times. They had been arrested on felony charges but were in possession of firearms at the time, another felony. Because it was a sanctuary city they were released. Can you agree this is completely wrong? What does it take for the Left to arrest and convict anyone even ex felons in possession of firearms.

Tell us why Mayorkas should not be impeached in the Senate when he has done nothing but go against established law regarding border security.

I hope Schumer and his bunch take what Senator Graham said seriously. Biden’s border policies, as implemented by Myorkas, are having a disastrous effect on our country and its well being. Failure to hold responsible officials to account would be an indelible stain on the Senate.
