I was surprised that my son came home from work an hour early last night because I had heard nothing about the time shift. I hope DST doesn't become permanent. It's not healthy. If business wants it, they'll get it, though.

Yep, if you are retired live your life like it never happened. The sun gets up a bit earlier but you don’t have to and the sun sets a bit later but you don’t have to wait up to see it.

Used to hate resetting all the clocks in the house. Moved to AZ and solved the problem. (Actually was unaware that AZ didn't change time but I like that we don't.) Best part is most of the NFL games start an hour earlier. I watch my 10AM game and go out and enjoy the rest of the sunshine.

When there's a time change, I sometimes look for a (digital) watch I haven't used in a while so it will have the "old" time.

Not all of AZ is daylight free. The Navajo reservation observes it.
