Presidential Immunity?

Clearly the Democrats and their media are staunchly against presidential immunity as their law fare has Trump exposed in various jurisdictions. I get it you guys hate Trump. However let me put the question to you folks in a different context, president Obama gave orders that resulted in drone attacks that killed 4 US citizens, clearly our constitution guarantees US citizens due process. Should we arrest and charge president Obama with murder? You folks say that no one is above the law and clearly president Obama ordered the execution of 4 US citizens.

Personally I have no interest in seeing president Obama arrested for murder but you should consider that the current efforts of those opposing presidential immunity are potentially opening that door.

I've been a lifelong conservative, I guess republican. Voted for Trump twice. For the life of me though I cannot vote for him again. I've come to believe that in some fashion he has become mentally deranged. No question he is mega narcistic, and I think that when push comes to shove he will choose himself over this nation. He will not admit error, correct mistakes, or treat people with civility. If elected I believe he will do everything he can to remain in office long after his term is up making him dictator and a danger to the American public. And on the other side we have an aging old man who I'm not sure knows what's going on all the time. Which is the greatest danger only time will tell.

Your replied doesn’t make any sense. You said you voted for him twice but then you say he’s changed and is a narcissist and I wants to be dictator? Trump has been the same for years and years he hasn’t changed since he was elected he’s been the same always. Somethings not right about your response.

I too, have been a lifelong conservative. However, unlike what you say, I have never been able to believe what either party claims to represent. To me it's always the rich and the corporations. They control the narrative and lead us around by the figurative rings in our noses. That is why I have always considered myself a "radical"

He took 1/6 way too far, I understand why there are many who won't vote for him. But this thread has nothing to do with Trump really but rather presidential immunity.

I agree. It has become a choice between a crazy molesting uncle don and grandpa Joe.

So the question is...... Should Barack Obama be charged with murder for extrajudicously killing an American citizen?

Since I am unaware of the circumstances, was the killing intentional? Who was killed?

4 US citizens in different strikes thought to be aiding Al-Queda. Regardless if or not we may be glad that they were killed clearly Obama ordered the strikes knowingly killing American citizens. As I said earlier, I don't want to see Biden charged but if we are going to be all about law and order and no-one is above the law..... Well then Obama is legally exposed, the case for presidential immunity is a deeper question than simply finding a way to take down Trump.

Well, I really wouldn’t place the blame on Obama because he was only making the decision by the information he was getting from his intelligent agencies. If anybody has a fault as the intelligent agencies.

He knew who he was pulling the trigger on and their status as US citizens, blame is not the point, the question that Trump raises in front of the SCOTUS is presidential immunity, which would protect Obama from murder charges stemming from the assassination of US citizens without first allowing them due process through our court system.
