When there’s a wedding or funeral in the community near me, it draws relatives from states all over the Midwest. Multiple Greyhound style buses will show up with attendees. It’s not uncommon for the wedding couple or deceased to have 250-350 relatives show up. Not guests, but relatives. When a couple has an average of 8-12 kids, relatives start adding up quickly.

Nah...I'm the guy that still uses a traditional CAMERA.
The Amish in my nearby community are the most traditional anywhere. If an Amish businessman needs a phone, he ends up having to hire an English to set in their car with a cell phone relaying the messages to him. None of that community business phone in the barn or corner of the yard like I’ve seen in other communities. Yet hand those Amish kids a smartphone and in short order they are pulling up photos, making calls and so on. Kids seem to be able to pick up how to use electronic stuff far easier than us adults.
