Sometimes you need the cash right away. I used to be quite poor and I had to get cash out of my paycheck as soon as I got it.

I can't imagine them sending me a check. If I receive anything, it would be a statement credit.

You have a credit card with them? In that case you have to log in to your account and decide what you want them to do with the $20.

Right, but first, I have to get the $20 credit.
We have a JetBlue card with a lot of points on it, but those points are only for JetBlue products and services. I'm canceling that one.
