Here is a SmartPhone image of my shooting area. I'll use one or other of the black cloth covered boards. See the built-in ceiling light. There are two more like those behind me (that do not help). Daylight can come in from the right. Note table LED lamp that I sometimes use (not lately). I also have more black, blue, or white cloths I can use. Those are also used to go over boxes that are used to support subjects. There is a commercial white translucent copy table under my work table. I have not been able to use it for the last 4 years because on the work table it is too high for me to shoot from a wheelchair (arthritis and balance issues). Also note our Brothers Laser-Jet Printer and my Canon PIXMA-Pro-100 Printer on the right side of the view.
Also, as others had been curious before, following in my set-up for shooting vertically. That is more even smaller objects like small Seashells. Again ceiling lights, but I am still trying to figure out better lighting for this.
