Medium blend, across multiple brands, depending on what was sale last time at the Jewel.
Not sure about Gouda and Peanut butter ... This morning's version was 'thin bagels' from Thomas', they really tasted / toasted like mini peta rounds with a hole in the middle. Then, either buttered or creme cheese and raspberry jam, and the obligatory Granny Smith.

What a great idea. Out here in the wilds of Arizona I never thought of cream cheese and jam. I only have Thomas' Everything bagels but I think that will work. I'll let you know. Oh coffee, Folgers Classic Roast.

I'm mostly Starbuck's Breakfast or Dunkin' House Blend, brewed strong.
