It doesn't work for me unless I put my age in that I will be in a couple of weeks. 67+1955=2022, if using 68 it is 2023. Your birthday has to have already happen. I tried it with my oldest son whose birthday is in April, 39+1984=2023, etc.

Your year of birth plus your age is ALWAYS the current year - as long as your birthday has happened this year. Or unless you are lying about your age.

I am 80, born 1942= 2022, it doesn't work for me, for a couple of more weeks.

If you are of East Asian decent (Chinese, Vietnamese etc...) then it's not true. You're 1 when you were born and then you're 1 more at the lunar new year. They don't care the birth date.

This works each year, but only if your birthday has already happened that year.
For example, I am currently 74 + 1948 = 2022. But in a month, I will have my birthday and be 75, so 75 + 1948 = 2023.

Assuming it's pass your birthday then your age is
Current Year - Year you were born= Your age
So
Current Year= Year you were born + Your age
Current Year - Year you were born= Your age
So
Current Year= Year you were born + Your age

The opposite, subtracting ones age from the current year, is how one figures the year when someone was born. Can people not think logically anymore?

It works for everyone every year. Think about it. Your birth year plus your age is always the year you are living in. Lol
