After watching your posts for a while, that was an honest opinion. You're not alone. I have developed that opinion of many here. Probably not a majority, but definitely many. I don't think I am. I hope I'm not, but it's unlikely that I can judge myself objectively.

Yes. Your point is?? Survivors also need to register to get the immediate payment of $700 to cover food and water.

As far as I know they are only getting it if they register. Otherwise, how would FEMA know who to give the money to? Is it the intent to give it to ALL the residents of Maui?
